December Yearly Artist Payment | Check Your Payment Details

artforummyid

The yearly artist payment is happening in December. Before we run through when you’ll be paid and how to check your payment details, let’s start with a quick recap on the payment threshold.

Artists whose earnings have reached $20/20€/£20 are paid every month. If your earnings haven’t reached the payment threshold, they accumulate until you reach $20/20€/£20 and you’re paid in the following payment cycle. In December each year we pay all artists who have earned over $2/2€/£2.

Each month we start processing payments on the 15th. It takes a couple of days for us to process all the payments then these are transferred to your bank or PayPal account. This means payments usually start landing in accounts from around the 17th of the month.

In December over six times the amount of artists are paid in the yearly pay run, so the process takes some extra time.

It will take approximately 2-3 days for all payments to be processed by Redbubble. PayPal payments are the quickest, so once we’ve processed your payment at our end, your payment should be in your PayPal account almost instantly. If you are paid via bank transfer, the payment can take an additional few days to land in your account. This year the 15th falls on a Wednesday and we have a weekend in between so some bank payments may not reach accounts until the middle of the following week.

We know how important those extra funds are at this time of year so we are pulling out all the stops to make sure you’re paid as quickly as possible.

We want to make sure we can pay you so please take a couple of minutes to check your payment details. This is especially important if you haven’t been paid in a while.

If your details are incorrect, the payment fails, and your earnings remain under the threshold, we won’t be able to re-run your payment until the next yearly payment in December 2022. You’ll find edit payment details in your account settings. Our help center article guides you through the steps to verify your PayPal or bank account in more detail.
